SLOT AND RIBBON NOZZLES

The nozzles shown on the planning sheet are used to apply a thin film of adhesive over a wider distance than can be obtained by using standard ejection type nozzles. In most cases, the wear plate of the nozzle contacts the work. The width of the pattern will be the width of the slot. They are used mostly on continuous operations. They are available with lock rings to suit all generally available guns.
